Get Ready for the Sparkler Softball Tournament

This year marks the 15th year of the Triple Crown Sparkler Tournament, the largest youth softball event in the world. Not only does it assemble teams from across the country, the Sparkler softball tournament also attracts more than 600 college coaches to spend the week in the Centennial State. For five days, June 26-July 2, family and fans will get an opportunity to cheer on their favorite teams in Westminster, Thornton, Northglenn, Federal Heights, Littleton, Arvada, Aurora, Brighton, Denver, Commerce City, Lakewood and Northern Colorado Cities. The teams are formed based on division, graduation class and the region of the country. They are divided into three categories—The Sparkler, Sparkler Juniors and Fireworks. The tournament gives each player an opportunity to showcase their talents and get recruited by coaches. The schedule includes camps, clinics and three National Pro Fastpitch games. The highlight of the event is the All-Academic Showcase, comprised of both Sparkler and Fireworks participants.
