The honey we serve with cocktails and used in our dishes couldn’t get more local. It’s from a hive on our own rooftop! Tiller’s Kitchen and Bar has teamed up with the Butterfly Pavilion to bring you this small-batch, artisan honey. You may have heard that bees and other pollinators are in trouble because of habitat destruction, chemical pollution, and other factors. This is why Tiller’s is making a special effort to keep honeybees happy and healthy by hosting a beehive, planting flowers, and using integrated pest management techniques on our grounds.
