Our Westminster Restaurant Menus

The menu at Tiller’s Kitchen and Bar features something for just about every palate. From delicious vegan dishes to local Colorado Trout, from fantastic wine by the glass or the bottle to Bourbon flights and local craft brews, we have something for everyone. The fare is delicious no matter what time you sit down at the table.

      • Breakfast Menu: Take advantage of American favorites with eggs, hash browns, bacon, ham steak, toast, bagels, and muffins. There are also classics such as French toast, eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy, Belgian waffles, and buttermilk pancakes. If you’re feeling more ambitious, take on one of the omelettes, and don’t forget that there are plenty of tasty sides such as fresh fruit and yogurt.
      • Lunch Menu: For a heartier but light fare, start off with an appetizer such as the local artisan cheeseboard or charcuterie plate. There are soups and salads available featuring fresh ingredients from local farms. Satisfy your appetite with pork sliders, a grilled chicken sandwich, or a burger you build yourself. There are also a variety of side options including French fries and grilled vegetables.
      • Dinner Menu: Indulge in similar appetizers available with lunch, such as charred lemon shrimp and baked goat cheese. In addition to the offerings available earlier in the day, the dinner menu includes entrees such as Bone-In Brick Chicken, Braised Lamb Shank, Broiled NY Strip, Cedar Plank Salmon, Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Grilled Pork Chop, and Wild Mushroom Polenta, all of which are dinner exclusives. Don’t forget about tasty sides such as Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and goat cheese barley risotto.
      • Brunch Menu: We’re kicking Sunday’s up a notch with a new brunch menu. Try our twist on classic brunch favorites such as Lemon Salmon Benedict or Chicken and Waffle Sliders. Looking for the oldies but goodies? Don’t worry – we still have pancakes, waffles, steak and eggs and more.

Wash down your delightful dinner with our extensive bar menu. In addition to whites, reds, and cocktails, you will find drinks on tap such as Denver Pale Ale and Ellie’s Brown as well as local brews including 90 Shilling, Cutthroat Porter, and Hercules Double IPA. Of course, your favorite imports such as Guinness, Corona, Heineken, Stella, Newcastle, and Amstel Light are also available.

Tiller’s also features special events. Take advantage of the Daily Happy Hour from 3 to 6 p.m. Whiskey Wednesdays offer an opportunity for bourbon drinkers to try some new Colorado whiskeys and bourbons with discounted Flights from 3 to 10 p.m. Sunday Brunch occurs from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. every Sunday and includes the option of adding bottomless Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas.
